We do not sell personal data.

Our products are sold as digital downloads. Payments, receipts, license keys, taxes and checkout processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

2. Information we may receive

• support messages you send to us;
• basic purchase or license information needed to help with support;
• technical details you choose to provide, such as your macOS version, MIDI device setup, crash reports or screenshots.

3. Payment and license information

Payments, receipts, taxes, checkout and license-key delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Vaultnaemsae does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details.

Lemon Squeezy may process information needed to complete your purchase, issue receipts, manage tax compliance, prevent fraud and deliver license keys. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

MIDI Matrix is a local macOS application.
